The RIBSA EGM to discuss and vote on the motions listed below was held at 6pm during Senior Ranking Event 1 at the North West SC in Letterkenny on Saturday the 11th of October. The meeting was attended by 29 members. Both items were discussed with contributions from many in attendance.
The votes were as follows:
1. Points earned in the Senior Ranking events should not be added to the points earned in any other ranking series.
This motion was carried by a majority of 18 in favour and 5 against. 6 abstentions.
2. Points earned in the masters series at all events should be included in the ranking list as is the case in all other ranking series.
This motion was also carried by a very large majority.
