Our National Coach PJ Nolan held his final training camp for The 2014 Home Internationals Snooker Championships to prepare our RIBSA players on the 29th of July in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow.
Tom O Driscoll, Stephen Walsh, Shane Bates, Stephen Bateman, Dean Callanan, Sean Burns, Fergal Quinn trained today on the Shender Match Tables from 11am – 4pm. RIBSA had organised this camp and the weekend camp earlier this month to help our players prepare for the Home Internationals which takes place in the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds from the 16th – 22nd August.
PJ working on their techniques and gave the players training routines to prepare for the Championship and worked with the players on the psychology of the game in order to play with more confidence. Each player received a DVD of his action during the lesson and sports psychology booklet and audio to help with their mind fitness.

The cost of holding a RIBSA session is €20.00 per hour coaching time plus €20.00 per hour travel time from Carlow plus tolls and parking. If you would like to travel to the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow you can avail of a 2hr session for €65.00 which includes Lights, DVD of the lesson and Technique profile.
