During the Annual General Meeting of the Republic Of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association today in Carlow. The 2013 RIBSA Volunteer of year award was presented to Marian Leacy from Ivy Rooms Snooker in Carlow for all her work behind the scenes with RIBSA.
President Eamon Kearns was on hand to present the crystal award to Marian in front of the large attendance at the AGM.
