Irishman Shane Gorman playing in his first IBSF Championship recorded a splendid 3 frames to 1 victory over Vgal Pagiiari from Israel to end another superb days play for the Irish team at the 2013 IBSF World Snooker Championship here in Daugavpils Latvia. Stephen Merrigan from Ireland was beaten 3 frames to nil by Jamie Bodle from England at the 2013 IBSF World Masters Snooker Championship here in Daugavpils Latvia today. National Champion Mark Tuite won his opening match here this morning against Ng Yam Shui from Hong Kong 3 frames to 2 in a good match. The Killarney man made breaks of 49 and 48 to come from behind to win the match in style at the 2013 IBSF World Snooker Championship here in Daugavpils

Irishman Brendan O Donoghue continued his good form to record his second straight victory this morning at the 2013 IBSF World Snooker Championship here in Daugavpils Latvia. The Draws have been made for first National RIBSA Under 19 & Under 21 Cue School Snooker events of the season.On Saturday in CrossGuns Snooker Club in Dublin will feature the first Under 19 Event and on Sunday will see the first Under 21 event in Newbridge CYMS. The top 4 Under 19’s will qualify
