RIBSA Chairman Jim Leacy was presented with a certificate by Home International Committee in the Northern Snooker Club in Leeds this Afternoon. Jim stepped down this year as Chairman of the Home Internationals.
Everyone in Leeds and within the Republic Of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association would like to congratulate Jim and wished him good luck in his new role as President of the IBSF in growing the game all around the world.
