Tom Glesson picked up where he left off last season and won the first ranking event of the season to retain his Irish Masters No.1 spot.
Tom defeated Wexford’s John Connolly 3-1 in the final after some solid wins throughout the day against Derek O’Neill, Eugene Hughes and Mick Farrell.
John however did pick up the high break prize for the day thanks to a 65 break. And Irish Champion Mark Tuite despite losing out in the first round to new masters player George O’Hara did take home the plate prize beating Frank Sarsfield in the final.
